Cancellation Policy

Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your child’s spot. Space is limited, and enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations by Parent/Guardian

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the camp start date are eligible for a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp start date are non-refundable.

Missed Days & Attendance

• No refunds, credits, or prorated rates will be given for missed days, late arrivals, or early departures.

• This includes absences due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason.

Transfers & Credits

If space is available, you may request to transfer to another camp session at least 7 days in advance. Transfers are not guaranteed and may incur a small transfer fee.

Cancellations by Ceran Studios / Hive Creative Lab

If a camp is canceled due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer to another available session

Behavioral Dismissal

Students who are dismissed due to unsafe or disruptive behavior are not eligible for a refund.

Emergency Situations

Exceptions to this policy are not guaranteed and will be considered only in cases of serious emergency at the sole discretion of Ceran Studios.
